Questions

Frequently asked

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is foundational to our practice. We follow all applicable privacy laws and professional ethics standards, and we only share information with others, such as a referring physician or family member, with your written consent.

Do I need to have completed residential treatment?

No. Many clients come to us stepping down from residential care, but we also work with people earlier in their recovery. A consultation helps us understand where you are and recommend the right level of support.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions where clinically appropriate and permitted by licensure. William is licensed in Colorado, Texas, and Utah.

Can family members reach out on someone's behalf?

Absolutely. Families and referring professionals often make the first call. We'll talk through the situation and how best to involve your loved one.

How do fees work?

Each plan is tailored, so fees depend on the services involved. We're happy to walk through options privately during your consultation.
