A practice built
on experience.
Pikes Peak Clinical was founded on a simple belief: recovery lasts when care is personal, private, and designed around the life a person is returning to.
We are a Colorado Springs clinical practice for substance use and co-occurring mental health, with a particular focus on the move from residential treatment into independent, sustained recovery.
Our work was shaped inside some of the most respected treatment programs in the country, where we learned what helps people stay well once they leave a structured setting, and what doesn't. That knowledge now guides every plan we build.
We serve high-performing professionals, public figures, and families who need care that respects their privacy and fits into a demanding life, without asking them to put that life on hold.
Grounded in values, not just abstinence.
Our clinical work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT helps people build psychological flexibility: the ability to stay present with difficult thoughts and feelings while still moving toward what matters most.
We draw on CBT- and DBT-informed methods, motivational interviewing, and relapse-prevention skills, always in service of a life worth staying sober for.
Four principles behind every plan.
Discretion
Privacy is built into how we work, from the first phone call through every session. Your care stays between you and your team.
Individualized care
No templates. Each plan reflects your history, your goals, and the realities of your work and family life.
Lived experience
Our founder has been in recovery since 2014. That understanding shapes care that meets people with honesty rather than judgment.
Continuity
Recovery doesn't end at discharge. We stay alongside clients and families through the transition home and beyond.
For those who can't press pause on life.
We work with adults who have completed, or are completing, residential treatment and want structured clinical support as they rebuild.
Many of our clients are executives, professionals, and public figures who must stay connected to their careers during care. We also work closely with the families and referring professionals who support them.
